Mandee's World reviews return and/or exchange requests on a case by case basis. If your product arrives damaged or broken, you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund. For any and all inquiries, e-mail shopmandeesworld@gmail.com and include your name, order number, a photograph of the broken/damaged product (if applicable), and a brief description. You'll receive a response within 72 hours.
